Delete your Velox account

This page describes how to permanently delete your Velox account and associated personal data processed through our mobile application ("App"). Primary account deletion is completed inside the App so we can securely verify your identity.

How to delete your account

1. Open the Velox app on your device and ensure you are signed in. 2. Go to Settings. 3. Tap Delete Account (shown in red at the bottom of Settings). 4. When prompted, re-authenticate using the method linked to your account (email and password, Google, or Sign in with Apple). 5. Confirm deletion when prompted. Deleting your account cannot be undone. If you subscribe to paid features, cancel or manage subscriptions through your app store account as applicable.

What we delete

After successful deletion through the App, we remove your account and associated profile and usage data held in our active systems—including data stored via our backend providers (such as authentication and cloud database services)—within a commercially reasonable period.

  • Account credentials and identifiers tied to Velox.
  • Profile details and in-app fitness and training content you stored under your account, subject to operational processing time.

What may be retained

Some information may persist for a limited time in encrypted backups until those backups expire or are overwritten, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

We may also retain certain records where applicable law requires—for example billing, fraud prevention, security logs, or legal process—or in anonymized form that cannot reasonably identify you.

If you cannot delete your account from the App

If you are locked out, the App is unavailable to you, or deletion fails after re-authentication, contact us using the email linked to your account and describe the issue.
